Counseling Services

The great thing about counseling is that it is not just about stressful events, crisis situations or difficult relationships; it's an investment to your overall wellness in your life.  It can be a way to "tune up" your relationship, family or personal life so that things can run smoothly.


Individual Counseling

Individual sessions are approximately 50 minutes in length.  They are private and confidential one-on-one meetings between the client and the therapist in order to address issues or current situations which may be negatively affecting one or more areas of life.  These sessions are tailored to meet each client's needs and goals
